Why do People have Counselling?
Young people have counselling for a whole range of reasons.
Like the first case in the video, they may be suffering from depression or alcoholism and need a lot of support over a long period of time.
Or like the second case in the video, they may be going through a rough patch and just need a few weeks of support to help them overcome a particular difficulty.
